Data and purpose
We process your email, language, selected topics, signup source and proof of consent to confirm and manage the newsletter, respect your preferences and record unsubscribe requests. We do not use this data to infer sensitive interests.
Legal basis and recipients
The legal basis is your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time. We will only share data with the contracted and documented email delivery provider, and when required by law.
Retention
We keep subscription data while it is active. After unsubscribe or deletion, we delete or anonymise data that is no longer needed and retain only the minimum evidence and suppression needed to record the request and prevent further messages, for the applicable period.
Your rights
Every email will include links to change preferences, unsubscribe, request an export or request deletion. You can also request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection or deletion by emailing rplaza@codiloop.com.
