Founding team experience

A payments architecture built to scale

Context: Banco Santander and PagoNxt · Business Intelligence and payment architecture projects (2008, 2020–2023).
Problem: A payments platform needs to integrate B2B and B2C services while maintaining traceability and evolving without compromising reliability or compliance.
Intervention: Definition and evolution of a reactive architecture using Kafka and RabbitMQ, integrating databases, APIs and internal banking systems.
Scope: Anti-money-laundering, reconciliation, accounting and daily-summary integrations within the payments platform.
Result: The redesign was intended to support more than 10 million monthly transactions through reactive microservices.

Founding team experience

Event-driven integration for critical platforms

Context: Smart Metering implementation and healthcare technology modernisation with Minsait/Indra (2022–present).
Problem: Connecting a platform to client systems requires reliable, observable and efficient flows under substantial operational demand.
Intervention: Technical leadership for event-driven microservice architecture with Kafka, MQTT, OpenShift, Quarkus and Java 21.
Scope: Smart Metering implementation plus integration, configuration and evolution of components for a cloud-native healthcare ecosystem.
Result: A technical foundation designed to improve interoperability, real-time performance and continuity for critical services.

Founding team experience

Interactive technical tools for electrical engineering

Context: A web and desktop application for Schneider Electric (2024).
Problem: Technical teams need to represent circuits, work with device data and keep a fast experience in complex tools.
Intervention: Frontend development leadership with Angular, canvas and GoJS; interfaces for drawing circuits, exporting XML and communicating with APIs in real time.
Scope: Web and Windows applications with Karma automated testing and device compatibility.
Result: A scalable, high-performance technical interface focused on quality, stability and clarity for specialist work.
